business in 1994 by Justin and LeeAnn Zimack. With over 80 years of business
and managerial experience, the founders have personally worked in many
industries including food service, manufacturing, insurance, retail,
and health care.
Our experience extends from working for small
businesses to $20 billion dollar companies. The founders have also owned
their own businesses helping them to clearly understand the challenges that
small businesses face today, especially in the area of human
